All our shoes are made in Europe, mainly in Italy as well as in Spain and Portugal. Since 2020, some of our eco-friendly shoes are also made in France.

Committed to more responsible collections, our designers have found several innovative and sustainable materials such as Piñatex (pineapple leather), Appleskin or Spazz (recycled plastics).

We ensure deliveries in the strict respect of the sanitary rules. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment.

Packages are shipped on working days (Monday to Friday).


Once your order is collected by our carriers, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping of your order along with all the delivery information. Thus, you will be able to follow your package in real time and be informed of the delivery date. Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order. 


To ensure the safety of your package, all orders are sent in an anonymous package. Inside the package, the articles are wrapped and protected. We decline any responsibility in case of a delivery delay.

 In France, orders can be delivered to a pick-up point or directly to your home.

International orders are only delivered at your home.

Delivery fees are 5€ for metropolitan France and free for international orders.

You will find in each parcel an invoice corresponding to the order placed as well as the return form. If you want to send us back one of your articles, simply put the invoice and the completed return form in your parcel (otherwise we will not be able to refund you) and send it at the following address :

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it if you are not satisfied.
Passed this period, we will not accept your return.

1. In accordance with the provisions of the article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of reception to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his expense the products ordered, for a refund. You have 14 days to return your order, beyond this limit, we will not be able to accept your package and you will not be refunded.


2. The products must be returned to us in a perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...), never worn, correctly protected and accompanied by the return form.


3. The reception of your return can take up to 20 working days. A e-mail confirmation will then be sent to you and your request will be processed within 48 hours. Don't forget to include this form in your package as well as the invoice of your order.

4. Please keep the shipping proof until you get the confirmation e-mail for your return.


When returning an order for a refund, any gift offered with this order must also be returned.

You can of course exchange your article, however it is possible that we do not have in stock the new article that you want.

You will receive by e-mail a credit note (that will correspond to the sum that you previously paid). Nothing could be simpler, once you have received your credit note, you can place your order again.

We proceed with the refund within 15 days after receipt of your return and on the same card used for the purchase.
