Shipping & Order track
We ensure deliveries in the strict respect of the sanitary rules. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Packages are shipped on working days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order is collected by our carriers, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping of your order along with all the delivery information. Thus, you will be able to follow your package in real time and be informed of the delivery date. Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order.
To ensure the safety of your package, all orders are sent in an anonymous package. Inside the package, the articles are wrapped and protected. We decline any responsibility in case of a delivery delay.
Please note that during sales periods, delivery time may be extended.
The delivery fees for international orders are free, home delivery is the only option available.
In France, the shipping is free starting from €350 of purchase (home and/or pick up point delivery). For orders under €350, the shipping fee is €5.

If you notice that your package is in "Return to sender" status, it means that it has been automatically sent back to our workshop.

90% of our shoes are handmade in exclusive italian fabrics. Size may vary from one design to another. We advise you, once you take your measurements, to refer to the tab "Size & Advice" that you can find below the button "Add to cart" .
How to measure your size ?
Our tip:
While wearing a sock, place your foot against a wall on a sheet of paper long enough to keep your foot from sticking out.
Be sure to keep your heel firmly against the wall and your foot flat.
Make a small mark in front of your longest toe.
Finally, measure the distance between the end of your sheet and the mark you made.
If the length is between two sizes, round up to the biggest one.
