Kina by Carel is a Mary Jane shoe with three straps and a 4-cm heel. 

What sets Kina apart, apart from its sleek lines and elegance, is that it is a bit casual and a bit dressed up. It can be worn with jeans or with a skirt, with tights or socks.

The Kina has led to many collaborations with designers like Clara Cornet, Opening Ceremony, Jourden, Prelle, and Ryan Lo. It has been worn by Alexa Chung and Emily Ratajkowski, and by singers like Angèle and Clara Luciani.

Artisanally crafted in Italy. This shoe comes in smooth leather, patent leather, and velvet.

Patent leather is a resistant and easy-care material.

- Place raw wood shoetrees in your shoes.

- Keep them away from dust in a piece of furniture or a shoe box.

- Clean, moisturize and polish them once or twice a month.

- It is imperative to waterproof them several times, especially in winter.

Carel’s advice

Do not expose them to heat sources such as hair dryers or radiators; the leather may crack.

For thin feet, we advise you to take a half size less. (If you are a 37 FR / EU, a 36.5 will suit you) For a wider foot, then a 37 will suit you as well.

Then, to find your US size, add "31" or refer to the size chart. Example: if you are a 6 US take a 37 (6 +31).

Which size should I choose?

Our tip:

When wearing a sock, place your foot against a wall on a sheet of paper long enough to keep your foot from sticking out.
Be sure to keep your heel firmly against the wall and your foot flat.
Make a small mark in front of your longest toe.
And finally measure the distance between the end of your sheet to the mark.
If the length is between two sizes, round up to the biggest one.
