It's the new model based on our iconic Parisian and sparkling Mary Janes. After being available in a multitude of colours and materials, our family of Mary Janes now includes the Xena. Forget the traditional 3 straps! When you like it, you don't count. How to put it on ? Nothing could be simpler, the zipper at the back will allow you to put it on effortlessly. What hasn't changed is the 4 cm heel and the 100% made in Italy craftsmanship, which guarantee a durable shoe that you'll enjoy keeping on your feet for a long time.

For thin feet, we advise you to take a half size less. If you are a 37 FR / EU, a 36.5 will suit you. For a wider foot, then a 37 will suit you as well.
Care advice
Our patent leather shoes are already waterproof treated. Patent leather is a material that requires regular maintenance :
- Place raw wooden shoe trees, ideally made of beech wood in your shoes to absorb moisture.
- Keep them away from dust and any source of heat, storaged in a furniture or a shoe box.
- Clean, moisturize and polish them once or twice a month (! leather cream is forbidden !).
The Carel advice
Do not expose them to heat sources such as hair dryers or radiators; the leather may crack.

How to measure your size ?
Our tip:
While wearing a sock, place your foot against a wall on a sheet of paper long enough to keep your foot from sticking out.
Be sure to keep your heel firmly against the wall and your foot flat.
Make a small mark in front of your longest toe.
Finally, measure the distance between the end of your sheet and the mark you made.
If the length is between two sizes, round up to the biggest one.
