Size advice
The Kina Mary Jane fits from size 28 (little kina version) to 42.
For thin feet, choose a half size smaller. For larger feet, keep your usual size.
Care advice
Before putting your Carel's shoes to use, don't forget to remove the plastic film that protects your outsole.
Our patent leather shoes are already waterproof treated. Patent leather is a material that requires regular maintenance :
- Place raw wooden shoe trees, ideally made of beech wood in your shoes to absorb moisture.
- Keep them away from dust and any source of heat, storaged in a furniture or a shoe box.
- Clean, moisturize and polish them once or twice a month (! leather cream is forbidden !).
The Carel advice
Do not expose them to heat sources such as hair dryers or radiators; the leather may crack.

How to measure your size ?
Our tip:
While wearing a sock, place your foot against a wall on a sheet of paper long enough to keep your foot from sticking out.
Be sure to keep your heel firmly against the wall and your foot flat.
Make a small mark in front of your longest toe.
Finally, measure the distance between the end of your sheet and the mark you made.
If the length is between two sizes, round up to the biggest one.
