PAYMENT & RETURN

  • What payment methods are available on our site?

    We accept payment by PayPal and most credit cards via the Ogone payment platform.

  • Refund & Return

    With the agreement of the Service Customer Carel the shoes can be returned according to the conditions quoted beforehand in our shop of 2, rue Tronchet and only in this point of sale. It will therefore be a simple deposit of merchandise.
    The exchange or refund will be done through our e-shop customer service : we will send you an item of your choice or you will be re-credited the amount of your purchase on the same payment method used at your order. SHIPPING

    The shipping costs are free for any order made in France on www.carel.fr The shipping costs amount to 30 € for all orders made outside France however shipping are FREE WORLWIDE IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ABOVE 500 Euros. Each package has a bar code that is available to the Customer. Upon dispatch of the order this number is sent by email to the Customer to allow him to follow the sending of this one on the sites of the carriers concerned concerned. The parcel is delivered by La Poste to the delivery address defined by The Customer.
